The waste which comes from our production process is baled, sent to paper factories and even the dust is processed for combustion and heating purposes. People who are responsible for packaging have noticed that the new environmental restrictions (ISPM-15, Essential Requirements) mean change and will have an effect on their decisions when choosing different materials. Single-material cartonboard packaging is an ideal solution. Traditional wooden and metal frames are being changed to carton packaging, which needs no fumigation for insects. Carton can also easily be recycled and, in the end, the customert will breathe a long sigh of relief after avoiding high recycling costs. In many cases it is actually the buyer who instructs the producer in the methods and materials used to pack the goods.A solution in accordance with current recycling philosophy gives a good image and reflects a company's ability to react to change.
